I called my business Daisy Design Ceramics as my nan was called Daisy so I thought it would be great to name my business after her. I make all my Daisy items listening to Tom Jones as my nan was a huge fan of his! She would have loved it!
Daz's Dough started life as a hobby, baking artisan bread at home for enjoyment, then at the request of some friends onto car boot sales to where we are today,baking from home and supplying various outlets across the Island.
Deborah produces delicious homemade cakes baked and decorated for any occasion or celebration – wedding, christening, birthday, anniversary, corporate function or just for fun!

Christine and Didier Hellio are a husband and wife team growing a range of crops at their farm in St Ouen. They supply fresh vegetables to a range of outlets on the Island as well as their own farm stall.
Dilly Percival set up Dilly's Cookies in the middle 2013 to make and sell her own range of cookies, brownies, fudge, shortbread and a Canadian treat called Maple Snickerdoodles.
